Long Island - A very special place we get to call home.

A Walk in the Woods

A workweek detox - over-the-counter, instant relief. Since 1934, the Quogue Wildlife Refuge has been a nature preserve since 1934. In addition to over 300 acres of beauty, it is also is home to many species of wildlife. Some are permanently injured and require care to survive, including owls, hawks, falcons, and more. Seven miles of trails are open 365 days a year where you can explore habitats including forests and ponds, as well as the ecologically rare Dwarf Pines in the Pine Barrens. Perfect place to bird watch, immerse yourself in nature, or just stare into the abyss and empty your mind of clutter.
