Crescent Duck Farm in Aquebogue - founded in 1908 by Henry Corwin - still exists today as the last remaining duck farm on LI. Sadly there used to be over 100 duck farms on Long Island, a long-held tradition in our region that the Corwin family continues to uphold, raising over a million ducks a year.
